My bill won’t scan.

If you are having difficulties scanning your bill, try some of the following troubleshooting steps :

  1. Make sure there is ample light
  2. Try holding your phone closer/further away from the Sniip code
  3. Clean your camera
  4. Make sure you are scanning a Sniip code
