Sniip Partner Terms & Conditions

Earn 1 Velocity Point for your business for every $10 in bill payments transacted on your Sniip account by using an Eligible Payment Method. The total Velocity Points awarded is calculated by applying the Points earn rate of 1 Velocity Point per $10. For example, a bill payment of $100 would earn 10 Velocity Points. Fractions of Velocity Points will not be allocated as spend will be rounded down to the closest $10 increment. Velocity Points will not be awarded to Sniip customers who have not entered their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account number prior to completing a payment. Eligible Payment Methods are any payments made with a valid Australian-issued debit Visa or Mastercard, Visa or Mastercard credit cards, American Express – corporate and business cards (excluding personal American Express Cards), and Diners Club cards. Payments made with personal American Express cards, bank account payments, prepaid cards, Crypto.com cards and international/overseas issued debit and credits cards are not eligible to earn Velocity Points.

New Sniip customers who successfully register their ABN with a Sniip account, sign-up for and link their Sniip account to their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account and transact a minimum of $20,000 within the first 30 days of registration will receive 20,000 bonus Velocity Points (“Bonus Points”). The Bonus Points offer is available to new Sniip customers only. Existing Sniip customers are ineligible for this offer. If a user has made a payment through Sniip prior to adding the relevant Bonus Code, or connecting their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account to Sniip, they will not be considered a new customer. Bonus Points will not be awarded to users who have not entered the relevant Bonus Code and their linked their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account to Sniip, prior to meeting the minimum spend requirement. Only one (1) Sniip account is eligible to earn Bonus Points on a Virgin Australia Business Flyer account and multiple accounts are unable to contribute to the eligibility of the promotion. 

Velocity Points will be awarded to the nominated Virgin Australia Business Flyer account, which is linked to the relevant Sniip account at the time of the relevant earn activity. Velocity Points will be allocated to the member’s account within 30 business days of completing the relevant earn activity, unless otherwise stated in connection with a specific campaign. Velocity Points are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

To earn Velocity Points, your business must be a current Virgin Australia Business Flyer member. Membership and Velocity Points earn is subject to the Virgin Australia Business Flyer and Velocity membership Terms and Conditions, and any changes to the Member benefits and features, including Velocity Points earn with Sniip, will be governed by those Terms and Conditions. Velocity collects and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, and Virgin Australia Business Flyer collects and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

The Sniip payment platform service is provided by Sniip Ltd ABN 86 161 862 068. Sniip does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (“AFSL”). Non-cash payment facilities are issued by Sniip pursuant to an intermediary authorisation agreement between Sniip and Flexewallet Pty Ltd ACN 164 657 032 (AFSL 448066) (“Flexewallet”). Under that agreement, Flexewallet offers to arrange for the relevant product to be issued by Sniip pursuant to an intermediary authorisation for the purposes of section 911A(2)(b) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). The Sniip payment platform is subject to the Sniip Terms and Conditions (as applicable). Sniip collects and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Sniip Ltd is not responsible for the redemption of Velocity Points – please contact Velocity regarding any queries relating to the redemption of Points.

If you link your Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership to your Sniip account, Sniip will share some of your personal information with Virgin Australia Business Flyer. Virgin Australia Business Flyer and Sniip may use your personal information for purposes related to your linked accounts, including to: (a) confirm that you are a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member, (b) link your accounts, and (c) allow you to access details about your Virgin Australia Business Flyer account, such as your membership number, from within your Sniip account.
