ANZAC Day Office Hours and processing times
A reminder that the Sniip office will be closed on ANZAC Day (Friday April 25, 2025) and will re-open at 8.30am Monday, April 28, 2025.
Please note: ANZAC Day is a National Bank Holiday (a business day in which financial institutions are closed). Payments will not be processed to your biller on this day.
What does this mean? All transactions processed in the Sniip app after 6pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time) tonight will be processed when received on Monday, 28 April, 2025 and will reach your biller on Tuesday, 29 April, 2025.
- American Express: 5.59pm AEST Wednesday, 23 April
- Visa/Mastercard debit: 5.59pm AEST Wednesday, 23 April
- Visa/Mastercard credit: 5.59pm AEST Wednesday, 23 April
- Bank Account: 5.59pm AEST Tuesday, 22 April
As above, payments from a Bank Account require one additional day processing time.
