If your bill is due on or before Tuesday, 27 January 2026, please ensure your payment is completed by COB Thursday, 22 January 2026.

Payments made before the payment cut-off times (below) on Thursday, 22 January will be sent to your biller on Friday, 23 January 2026.

Payment cut-off times:

– American Express (personal/business): 5pm AEDT
– Visa/Mastercard debit: 5pm AEDT
– Visa/Mastercard credit: 5pm AEDT

Note: Payments made from a bank account take one additional day to process. As such, the cut-off for bank account payments is 5pm AEDT Wednesday, 21 January 2026 for processing on Friday, 23 January 2026.

All payments made after the daily cut-off times on Thursday, 22 January will be received and processed on Tuesday, 27 January 2026.
