Christmas and New Years Office Hours
With significant demand for the Sniip service, the Sniip office will remain open over the Christmas period, closing only for the designated public holidays.
As a heads up on payment processing times, the Christmas and New Year period includes three business-day public holidays where banks are closed. Please review the below to ensure your payment is processed as you require it.
Bank Holiday December 25 – 26, 2024 (Christmas Day and Boxing Day)
Payments due on or before Friday, 27 December must be processed by 5pm AEST on Tuesday, 24 December 2024 (excluding bank accounts which must be processed by 5pm AEST on Monday, 23 December, 2024).
Payments due on or before Monday, 30 December, must be processed by 5pm AEST on Friday, 27 December 2024 (excluding bank accounts which must be processed by 5pm AEST on Tuesday, 24 December, 2024).
Bank Holiday 1 January, 2024 (New Years Day)
Payments due on or before Friday 3 January, 2024 must be processed by 5pm AEST on Thursday, 2 January 2025 (excluding bank accounts which must be processed by 5pm AEST on Tuesday, 31 December, 2024).
