Easter Office Hours and Processing Times

Speaking of Easter, we wanted to give you plenty of notice about our processing times and office hours over the upcoming Easter period.
The Sniip office will be closed over Easter from Good Friday (April 3, 2026) to Easter Monday (April 6, 2026), reopening at 8:30am Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
Please note: this period includes two National Bank holidays (business days during which financial institutions are closed) – Friday, 3 April and Monday, 6 April 2026 – payments will not be processed to the end biller on these days.
What does this mean? All transactions processed in the Sniip app after 5pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time) Wednesday, 1 April will be processed when received on Tuesday, 7 April, 2026 and will reach the end biller on Wednesday, 8 April, 2026.
The cut-off times for Sniip to receive your payment for processing prior to Easter are as follows:

• American Express: 4:59pm AEST Wednesday, 1 April
• Visa/Mastercard debit: 4:59pm AEST Wednesday, 1 April
• Visa/Mastercard credit: 4:59pm AEST Wednesday, 1 April
• Bank Account: 4:59pm AEST Tuesday, 31 March

As above, payments from Bank Account require one additional business day processing time.
Reminder: If the due date for your bill, including any recurring or scheduled payments such as rent, falls prior to Wednesday, 8 April, it must be processed in the Sniip app prior to 5pm on Wednesday, 1 April, 2026​​​​​​​
