3. You now have visibility of your Qantas Points earned through Sniip – these points will appear on your Qantas Frequent Flyer activity statement within 7 business days.

3. Once you have confirmed your details, you will get an email address.
4. On that email address, you will find your membership number. Copy this membership number and open the Sniip app.

6. From there, tap on the 6th option ‘Loyalty’.
7. Select ‘Add membership’ and enter your Qantas Frequent Flyer details, which are: your membership number and your last name as registered with Qantas.

To connect your Qantas Frequent Flyer number to Sniip, download the Sniip app and follow the set up prompts. Once you’re set up, tap the menu in the top left corner and then select, ‘Loyalty’.
Tap ‘Qantas Frequent Flyer’ from the available options.
Enter your Qantas Frequent Flyer number, the last name registered on your Qantas Frequent Flyer account, accept the Terms and Conditions, then select, ‘Add’.
Qantas Points earned on your eligible Payments with Sniip will be credited to your linked Qantas Frequent Flyer number.

The daily cut-off for next business day processing is 5pm AEST. Your Qantas Points should appear on your Qantas Frequent Flyer account by midnight on the next business day after processing.

Yes and yes. Sniip supports both BPAY and non-BPAY payments (payments to a billers BSB & Account Number).
To add a non-BPAY bill to Sniip, select the blue ‘+’ button in the top right corner of the app and select, ‘Import from photo’ to add a copy of your invoice.
Please ensure your invoice contains the following information for a successful import:
1. The biller’s BSB & Account number for payment
2. The biller’s ABN (we cannot accept ACN unfortunately)
3. The total bill amount
4. The words, ‘invoice’, ‘tax invoice’ or ‘receipt’

Absolutely! What a great way to earn Qantas Points on a recurring payment like rent. Sniip enables you to pay rent via BPAY Biller Code and Reference Number or via BSB & Account Number depending on what’s provided on your rent statement/lease agreement.
If you’d like to pay your rent with Sniip via non-BPAY (payment to a biller BSB & Account Number) please email a copy of your lease agreement through to rent@sniip.com. The team will collate the required details into a bill for you, approve it and upload it into your Sniip app ready for payment. You’ll receive a push notification when it arrives and is ready for payment.
