Want your team or an agent to manage your bills? Invite your team today!
- Login to the Sniip App
- Once you’re logged in, tap the three lines in the top left corner
- Then, tap the 1st option, which is ‘Account’
- Enter your pin and tap the 4th option ‘Manage agents’
- You’re now in the ‘Manage agents’ section. Tap on ‘Add agent’ and enter their email address, followed by tapping the ‘Send Invitation’ button.
- They will receive an email with the invitation.

- To access your client’s Sniip account, first, find the invitation sent to your email.
- Click ‘Accept Invite’. You’ll now be directed to the Sniip Agent Portal.
- Create an account by clicking ‘Create one’ in the top right corner. Enter your email followed by your password, and click ‘Continue’. Follow the prompts to complete your profile.
- Once you have filled in your details and accepted the terms and conditions, you will be redirected to your Sniip account profile in the Sniip Agent Portal. You will now need to verify your email address by clicking on the fourth option ‘Email’ under the ‘Personal information’ section.
- Click on ‘Send verification email’ and open your email inbox. Open an email titled ‘Verify your Sniip Account’ and click ‘Confirm Email Address’.
Are you self-managing your bills?
With the Sniip Agent Portal, you can log in using the same account details as your Sniip app and take full control of your bill management.
Feel free to upload bills individually, even if they are BPAY or Non-BPAY; you can also bulk-upload using CSV or ABA files. Once they’re ready to go, you can send them directly to your Sniip app for payment. It’s that easy!
