STATE OF ORIGIN 2024 COMPETITION, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Competition Terms and Conditions
Promoter
The promoter is Sniip Ltd, Level 1, 79 Hope Street, South Brisbane QLD 4101. The promotion is subject to Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter this competition forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.
Acceptance
Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions.
Eligibility to Enter
Entry is open to anyone who is a registered user of Sniip. Entry to the competition is open between Wednesday 5 June, 2024 at 6.30pm AEST and 1.30pm AEST Monday, 15 July, 2024.
Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter and suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are eligible to enter, but ineligible to win a prize.
Competition Period
The promotion commences Wednesday 5 June, 2024 at 6.30pm AEST and closes 1.30pm AEST Monday, 15 July, 2024.
There are three rounds of the competition, each with three (3) prizes, representing a total of nine (9) prize winners.
Competition Rounds and Prize Drawing
Round 1
The Round 1 winner will be drawn on Monday, 17 June, 2024 at 2pm AEST and announced on Wednesday, 19 June, 2024 at 6.30pm AEST via email correspondence.
Entries into Round 1 of the competition close on Monday, 17 June, 2024 at 1.30pm AEST.
All eligible entrants from Round 1 who are not a prize winner will be carried over to Round 2.
Round 2
The Round 2 winner will be drawn on Monday, 24 June, 2024 at 2pm AEST and announced on Wednesday, 26 June, 2024 at 6.30pm AEST via email correspondence.
Entries into Round 2 of the competition close on Monday, 24 June, 2024 at 1.30pm AEST.
All eligible entrants from Round 1 and 2 who are not a prize winner in Round 1 or 2 will be carried over to Round 3.
Round 3
The Round 3 winner will be drawn on Monday, 15 July, 2024 at 2pm AEST and announced on Wednesday, 17 July, 2024 at 6.30pm AEST via email correspondence.
Entries into Round 3 of the competition close on Monday, 15 July, 2024 at 1.30pm AEST.
Entering the Competition
By entering this competition, you give the promoter, Sniip Ltd permission to use entrant submission for the purpose of promoting the competition and winning entries.
Entries will be drawn at the Sniip office on Monday, 17 June, 2024 at 2pm AEST (Round 1), Monday, 24 June, 2024 at 2pm (Round 2) and Monday, 15 July, 2024 at 2pm AEST (Round 3).
Entrants may enter as many times as they like for the duration of the competition by meeting the terms of eligibility. The prizes are not-transferable and cannot be taken as cash.
The winners first name, state of residence and photo (for example ‘Ben, Queensland’) will be published on the Sniip website and associated social media pages and disseminated via email to registered users of Sniip.
The prize winner/s will be notified by telephone on Monday, 17 June, 2024 at 2pm AEST (Round 1), Monday, 24 June, 2024 at 2pm (Round 2) and Monday, 15 July, 2024 at 2pm AEST (Round 3). The entrant must answer the phone call as acceptance of the prize.
Failure to answer the phone call will result in a new winner being drawn. The prize winners are final and no correspondence will be entered into concerning granting of prizes. The Promoter’s decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into the competition.
Prizes will be sent to the address provided by the entrant, unless otherwise advised. Sniip is unable to post prizes internationally. Any unclaimed prizes remain the property of Sniip Ltd.
Prize
There is one (1) prize as detailed below and one (1) bill voucher for first, second and third prize winners. Round 1, 2 and 3 each has a First, Second and Third prize winner.
The prize is the value of the allocated bill voucher to be paid towards an additional bill/ bills paid in the Sniip app. This prize is a Sniip credit and is valid only for bills paid through Sniip. The prize is valid for twelve (12) months after the issue date.

Second prize
NRL scarf and beanie (up to $74.98)

Submitting of Entries
Each successful transaction over $100 (excluding processing fees or reward credits) will be allocated one (1) entry into the prize draw. There is a maximum of one entry per payment, regardless of amount. For example, a bill payment of $100, $2,000, $100,000 and $2,000,000 are each allocated on entry.
A scheduled or recurring payment is only deemed to be a valid entry at the point of payment, not at the point of scheduling/setting-up a recurring payment.
Both BPAY and non-BPAY payments (payments to a billers BSB and Account Number) are eligible to receive an entry into the competition.
Please note, winning entrants will be published on Sniip.com, promoted on our social media channels and shared via this email forum to announce the winner.
Entries for Round 1 of the competition close on Monday, 17 June, 2024 at 1.30pm AEST. Entries into Round 2 of the competition close on Monday, 24 June, 2024 at 1.30pm AEST. Entries into Round 3 of the competition close on Monday, 15 July, 2024 at 1.30pm AEST. The winners will be drawn at Sniip HQ. The Round 1 winner will be drawn on Monday, 17 June, 2024 at 2pm AEST and announced on Wednesday, 19 June, 2024 at 6.30pm AEST via email correspondence. The Round 2 winner will be drawn on Monday, 24 June, 2024 at 2pm AEST and announced on Wednesday, 26 June, 2024 at 6.30pm AEST via email correspondence. The Round 3 winner will be drawn on Monday, 15 July, 2024 at 2pm AEST and announced on Wednesday, 17 July, 2024 at 6.30pm AEST via email correspondence.
General Terms
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions under applicable legislation.
The Promoter also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion.
All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects contact information about entrants in order to contact them about the promotion and where appropriate award prizes and may also use the information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services and to contact entrants in the future with special offers via any medium including mail and commercial electronic messages. If you do not provide the information, you cannot participate.
The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
