Terms and Conditions

Capitalised terms used below and not otherwise defined have the meaning as set out in the Sniip terms and conditions

1. * Promotion: Sniip users who earn Velocity Points, provided by Sniip and in line with the loyalty terms, between 12:01am (AEDT) on 16 February 2026 and 11.59pm (AEST) 1 March 2026 (the “Promotion Period”) will receive 15% bonus Velocity Points (“Bonus Velocity Points”) as follows:

Sniip users are eligible to receive Bonus Velocity Points on each Eligible Payment or sign-up bonus that qualifies during the Promotion Period.

Bonus Velocity Points are calculated on all Velocity Points earned during the Promotion Period by multiplying the number of Velocity Points credited to a customer’s Virgin Australia Business Flyer account by 15%. For example, a customer who earns 1,000 Velocity Points provided by Sniip during the Promotion Period would receive 1,000 Velocity Points in their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account plus an additional 150 Bonus Velocity Points (being 1,000 x .15 = 150). If a user qualifies for their 20,000 sign-up bonus Velocity Points during this period, they will receive an additional 3,000 Bonus Velocity Points (being 20,000 x .15 = 3,000)

Any Bonus Velocity Points earned as part of the Promotion will generally be credited to your business’ Virgin Australia Business Flyer account within 30 days following the end of the Promotion Period.

To earn and redeem Velocity Points, you must be a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member and have your Virgin Australia Business Flyer account connected to your Sniip account at the time of your Sniip transaction. Velocity Points earned are subject to the Virgin Australia Business Flyer terms and conditions.

Once the Velocity points are added to your Virgin Australia Business Flyer account, they are governed by the Velocity Membership Terms and Conditions and cannot be reversed. Virgin Australia Business Flyer collects and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership is available to businesses with an active ABN/ACN and an Australian business address that spend less than $300K per annum on flights with Virgin Australia and eligible airline partners. The business cannot be a travel agent, travel management company, travel wholesaler, air travel consolidator or anyone re-selling air travel.   1. Rewards Store orders are processed after Points have been deducted from your Velocity account, and debit/credit card payment (where relevant) for the order has been authorised by the relevant bank and Collinson.

Redemption of Points for Products is subject to the Velocity Membership Terms and Conditions, Velocity Rewards Store Terms of Use and any other terms and conditions disclosed at the time of redemption (including gift card terms and conditions). The Velocity Rewards Store is hosted by Collinson Group Limited (ACN 083 835 661). Products ordered through the Rewards Store will not be dispatched until the relevant Points have been deducted from the member’s membership account. Deliveries will only be made to a physical address in Australia (PO box deliveries will not be accepted). Rewards Store orders are usually delivered within 14 business days of the order being successfully processed (i.e. Points and any cash payment are received). Delivery dates may vary from time to time. Please review all terms and conditions before making your selection, as refunds or replacements are not provided if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. You’re entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees for products you get from the Rewards Store.
