  2. Tap the upload icon (box with arrow) at the top of the screen
  3. Select the ‘Sniip’ app
    If you cannot locate this in your apps option, scroll across left until you see the ‘More’ button. Select this, and scroll down until you can see the Sniip app.
  4. Tap ‘Import bill’, and allow a few minutes for the bill to be read within the app
  5. You’ll receive a notification when your bill has uploaded and is ready to be paid or scheduled.

Automatic import from email inbox

From your email inbox to the Sniip app, your bills can be automatically uploaded as soon as they arrive. You’ll receive a push notification and then tap to pay now or schedule your payment. It’s a huge game-changer!

  1. Open the Sniip app

Upload from camera roll

If you have a photo of your bill in your camera roll, you can easily import it into the Sniip app. Sniip will read and digitise the bill details, so all you have to do is choose your payment method and tap ‘Pay’!

  1. Open the Sniip app and tap ‘+’ 
  2. Select ‘Import bill from photos’ from the menu.
  3. Choose whether you want to take a photo of your bill or select one from your camera roll.
  4. Choose the bill image from your camera roll or take a photo of your bill, and tap ‘Import’.
  5. Please allow a few seconds for our system to read your bill. We’ll copy all the important information on your bill and send you a notification when it is ready to be reviewed and added to your ‘To Pay’ tab in the ‘Bills’ section of the app.

Manually enter bill details

As soon as we receive a refund from your biller, we will contact you about this. We immediately initiate the refund and will return the bill amount back to the card that you made the payments on. Please allow 3-5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Sniip has no transaction limit. There are however, minimum and maximum payment amounts determined by each biller. 

If you are making a large payment and are getting a declined message even though you believe you have the funds available to make the payment, we would suggest contacting your financial institution. 

If your financial institution identifies a large transaction that seems out of the ordinary, it may be stopped or flagged as fraudulent. Once you contact your bank and explain that you are making a transaction via Sniip they should enable the transaction. If you have any questions or wish to discuss your transaction, please contact the Sniip Support Squad or call (07) 3268 7710.

To manage this, Council Rangers enforce parking restrictions based on New South Wales Road Rules, which include two types of regulations: statutory and signposted. Statutory restrictions, which apply to all motorists, must be followed according to the NSW Road Rules, whether they are signposted or not. Additionally, all signposted restrictions must also be observed.
