To connect your Qantas Frequent Flyer number to Sniip, download the Sniip app and follow the set up prompts. Once you're set up, tap the menu in the top left corner and then select, 'Loyalty'.

When you connect your Qantas Frequent Flyer number to Sniip, you earn 1 Qantas Point per $10 transacted with an Eligible Card Payment method on your BPAY and non-BPAY (payments to a billers BSB & Account Number) transactions*. With PayTo Plus+ transactions, you earn 1 Qantas Point per $1 transacted.

You'll earn 1 Qantas Point for every $10 transacted on eligible Card payments made through the Sniip app*. With PayTo Plus+ transactions, you'll earn 1 Qantas Point per $1 transacted. Pay your bills and watch your points balance grow!

Great question! We process your points when we process your payment and that's when we receive your funds.

The daily cut-off for next business day processing is 5pm AEST. Your Qantas Points should appear on your Qantas Frequent Flyer account by midnight on the next business day after processing.

There's no additional cost of earning Qantas Points with Sniip. These points are a cherry on top of your payments with Sniip.

That's correct! You can double dip and earn Qantas Points twice when you pay with your Qantas Points earning credit card via Sniip.

You can earn 1 Qantas Point per $10 transacted on your payments with an Eligible Card Payment Method and 1 Qantas Point per $1 transacted with PayTo Plus+*. These are in addition to the standard Qantas Points you earn on your Qantas Points earning credit card.

Eligible Payment Methods that earn Qantas Points are any payments made with a valid Australian-issued Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card, 'Qantas Pay' cards, American Express card or international/overseas issued debit and credit cards or PayToPlus+. Payments made via bank account (excluding PayTo Plus+), Crypto.com cards and prepaid cards (excluding 'Qantas Pay' cards) are not eligible.

All BPAY and non-BPAY bills (payments to a billers BSB & Account Number) are eligible for Qantas Points. Payments made using the Sniip QR code (available on Brisbane City Council and Sunshine Coast Council bills) are made direct to the council and do not earn Qantas Points.

To add a non-BPAY bill to Sniip, select the blue '+' button in the top right corner of the app and select, 'Import from photo' to add a copy of your invoice.

Please ensure your invoice contains the following information for a successful import:

• The biller's BSB & Account number for payment
• The biller's ABN (we cannot accept ACN unfortunately)
• The total bill amount
• The words, 'invoice', 'tax invoice' or 'receipt'

Yes! To pay any government payments with Sniip, enter the BPAY Biller Code and Reference Number from your tax bill into the app.

Absolutely! What a great way to earn Qantas Points on a recurring payment like rent. Sniip enables you to pay rent via BPAY Biller Code and Reference Number or via BSB & Account Number depending on what's provided on your rent statement/lease agreement.

If you'd like to pay your rent with Sniip via non-BPAY (payment to a biller BSB & Account Number) please email a copy of your lease agreement through to rent@sniip.com. The team will collate the required details into a bill for you, approve it and upload it into your Sniip app ready for payment. You'll receive a push notification when it arrives and is ready for payment.

Yes! Personal bill payments, such as utilities, council rates, credit card bills and more, can all earn Qantas Points when paid through Sniip.
